The room was nice and surprisingly quiet. Location was great, walkable to Broadway but not in the middle of it. Paid parking deck across the street.

No one was in the 'office' when I arrived at 7:30 pm, even though I messaged the property the previous day through the booking ap that I would be a late arrival. I had to call the number on the building and a person had to walk me through the key retrieval procedure in the burning heat. They could have just emailed me the code, but communication was non-existant.

No pool management at the pool! Pool gate code not working /set!? On the weekend, a group of outside teenage youth (12) from the public beach access next door took over the pool and patio area most of the afternoon!! Throwing footballs in the pool making it difficult for families with small children to enjoy the pool! Supervising adults remained on the beach with younger children! On-site property manager not working, no replacement manager. Gulf balcony and sliding doors not cleaned, sand and food crumbs all over! When reported was told it was due to a storm recently?! Knowing that why wasn’t it cleaned before we arrived?! Very difficult to open and close the sliding door to the balcony due to build up of dirt and grease in the track. We cleaned out the track the best we could after the cleaners that were resent to address our cleaning concerns did not clean it at all! Could move the slider with somewhat less difficulty.

It wasn’t clean at all. Carpets gross, dust everywhere, I don’t really think they clean it. Even after changing rooms to a “just cleaned” room it was still not clean.

Window inside had dead hornets and live flies. Entry mat to room was two doors away and doorway was dirty. No lite next to the bed. Overall property needs renovation. Parking lot is a mess. Don’t even think about using the pool.

The staff was unaccommodating, the location was too busy, there was a fighting incident, the valet was so disorganized, the room smelled and was dirty blood on the pillow case.
