The first night there was a really loud group of people in the room next to me. The next morning, the manager found me another room, and the housekeeping staff helped me move. My daughter, who was driving 5 hours to meet me, had a wreck turning into the hotel parking lot. She thought she may have had to leave her car for up to a week before it could be towed to her home, and the manager graciously allowed her to do it. Luckily, she was able to leave a day later. Having a supportive staff in a crisis was wonderful!

While traveling with a young child, I loved not having to plan out every little outing with a kids’ arcade and Rainforest Café on site. Also, of course, loved it was on pick up routes for tours and taxis and such: everyone knows it. The elevators were speedy, even when the property was sold out. Close to rapids and food truck village on foot. Just to add on: I don’t understand the intense negativity around this part of town. If you want to pay 3 times as much to access the same waterfall, nobody’s stopping you.

It’s worn, truly. The AC was doing its best, but the halls were hot and muggy. I had these weird local houseflies in the corners of my window and a few in the room. Bathrooms quite dated. But I will say, I’m not the kind of traveler that looks for every bell and whistle when the price is right and I’m just passing 2 nights.

The landscaping is the main reason I booked this property for a night prior to our cruise. The courtyard is filled with seating areas and beautiful plants. There is also a resident kitty. The Cabana Suite was large and comfy and clean. The location is convenient to Las Olas Blvd, restaurants, the cruise port and the airport. It truly is an oasis not far from downtown.

The living room area needed a floor lamp or hanging fixture, something other than the bright puck lights in the ceiling. It was the overhead lights or nothing, if you were sitting on the sofa bed. The bathroom floor would be better if it was real tile,.not some cheap peel and stick vinyl

The breakfast was always exceptional and very clean. The team kept it up and picked up. They accommodated whatever we needed with a baby and it was great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was so roomy and up to date. The location was perfect for both pigeon forge and gatlinburg access.

I wish the breakfast food would change more each day like maybe bacon or different potatoes or something besides biscuits and gravy. We were not told where the pool was or the hours were different then what was stated on the envelope with our key cards.
