I like the fact that after you check in, you never get bothered from any of the staff, unless you need something, they let you just relax and enjoy your stay! And the gentlemen who I think is the owner is always very nice and very knowledgeable and quick with your check in process, Everytime I go there, he has checked me in and is a really easy going person to deal with and the rest of the staff who work behind the desk always have a smile on their face!

The bathtub could have been a little nicer, it was chipped in a lot of spaces, the water drained fine and it was clean, it probably just needs to be replaced.

Breakfast had a variety of selections. Biscuits n gravy were very good. Always stocked well. Located in the middle of restaurants, easy access to freeway. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Very friendly environment.

The only thing that was below standards was the deadbolt lock was hard to lock once inside room and hard to open door to get in bc door would stick and I had to use my shoulder to shove it open.

1. They told me my room was ready since I got in early and proceeded to get all things in order for me to check in just to throw in I have to pay an extra $150 to get the key. Not a great customer experience. Don’t tell me my room is ready just to tell me I can’t have it 2. Once I got my room I was for a room with a different few in which I was told “they don’t do that “ 3. You have to pay to use the shower gel/ soap/lotion. If you weren’t paying attention you wouldn’t see where it says any use of these items will be $25 per bottle

Property feels tired. Steakhouse which was why we booked this property as we were resting after a long drive was closed. No room service. Television barely worked and there’s no way to cast. There’s a charge for fast internet, slow internet just fine but speedy internet costs 12.95 Room smelled stale.
