  The staff were very kind and helpful. I liked that we were able to bring our dogs, and it was close to the UConn Stamford campus. Again, the staff were very kind and polite.

  The laundry room was out of service. In order to bring all our luggage to our room on the first floor, the luggage trolley had to travel via ADA elevator which was inoperable when we checked out. There was no fitness facility at all, even though there are images of one on the website. The hallway floors were not level or flat. Our room key frequently did not work. The dog spot was a small enclosed area filled with stones, no grass. I understand renovations were ongoing, but staying there felt hard. Everything was hard. We checked out a day early, but after 11am. We just couldn’t spend one more night there.

  Pool was in service. Hot tub in service. Very kind staff. Room was exactly what was promised.

  Heavy chlorine smell due to pool but I'll take it over not having a pool. Coffee ground in mini coffee pot in room. Wish the deluxe suites came with more than 2 small drawers for clothes.

  View from the balcony was amazing.

  We put the clean our room sign out and no one came but we went down and got our own towels and tp twice. Didn't care for shower, but that's a personal preference. I don't like rain shower setting.

  Had issues with multiple bookings and hotel was not helpful in canceling process at all. Was charged in full for 4 rooms even when only used one and asked for 3 cancelations in person and via booking site customer service. Does not work with solving issues for customers.

  bathroom. Faucets leaked anytime you turned water on all over the counter. The shower curtain was disgusting. Please invest in new shower curtain that also doesn't flood the floor as well.. The A/C made constant loud noise. You can hear it in the hallway before even opening the door. I will probably stay elsewhere next time.
