A homeless male came in for the breakfast. He was dealt with quietly without confrontation. The elevator was painted but there was no delay or inconvenience for the customers. The breakfast was quickly restocked before running out.

Everything was perfect until arrival when learned parking is $25 per night. Over $100 added unexpected expense for the four night stay.

My room was very good. I got the handycap room had extra bars on the walls for support. My room had a door that slides open so was able to set on the deck just above the water where small boats and sail boats were parked.

when one drives in from the street all buildings look the same and go by numbers. I was unaware of this and the hotel looks like the building that have offices. Suggest put up a sign pointing where to turn to get to the hotel.

The only problem I had was a vent in the room came loose but I told the staff and she moved us to a better room. So no problems and everything was fine after that.

Roach on the ceiling in room 220 on 5/26/24 Bathroom door got locked when closed on 5/26/24 night and didnt get unlocked until 5/27/24 AT 9:25am which the Front Desk Manager(African american lady) was being very rude and didn't care about my concern about being held up for more than 12 hours due to this, it was such a inconvenience and she didnt care. She didnt care about me trying to check out around 7am but my belongings was locked in the bathroom and said SHE DONT CARE and for me to stop talking to her! Then, she walked away from me while i was telling her about my concerns and she stated while walking away that she was calling Tinley Park police because she dont care. Also, I feel the front desk manager is racist....5/25/24 morning my wife was getting breakfast and a black child was touching the water fall and she told my wife "I believe you lost 1".....which was not our child....she was at the hotel with her caucasian grandpa. Why assume that the child belong to my wife because of her skin color....and didnt even say sorry. I WILL BE REPORTING HER TO CORPORATE. MY FAMILY FEEL DISCRIMINATED BECAUSE OF HER AND UNWELCOME

1. The number of guests is very large, breakfast is very crowded, and there is a line all the time. 2. There is a parking fee $22, but there are no parking. You keep looking for a parking to park your car, and sometimes you do not find one. 3. The receptionist does not deal professionally, but rather is rude, and no matter how much you ask to speak with the manager, you will not be able to do so. Rather, he asks security to speak with you. !!!!
