There is no hot water on property. I called the front desk and they stated they were instructed by management to not tell anyone when checking in that there is no hot water. Hot water is a basic necessity. I paid almost $400 and there isn’t even hot water to take a shower. The toilet also does not flush. So very disappointing. Called and told front desk and they didn’t send anyone to fix the toilet even. Called Marriott and they said they can’t do anything for me because I booked through bookings and not the hotel directly. Wish I had known the risk of booking directly through bookings.
