  was pretty much rushed no time for a shower and my kids were rushed to take a shower as well. with the time we got- I think they could have gave us enough time to shower and move around- they stood outside our window and starred us down like we were criminals all over a shower and trying to get ready to leave the room- I don't think I'll ever come back to this place.

  attitudes!!! If there isn't enough towels for everyone to take a shower, just a simple fix so we can shower and get on- too rush and staff stood by my window to make sure we were leaving premises. DO BETTER-

  The only saving grace was the employees -while pretty casual they were friendly - otherwise this property is a DUMP - does not even justify the Knights Inn flag For almost $200 pretty unacceptable

  Drain flies in sink and bathroom, room not completely clean, 3 of the 4 plugs in room not working - mildew and rust in Beth room ,shampoo bottles empty Towels are worn ( felt like sandpaper) sheets thin and pillows lumpy , debris on floor, iron had burn marks on it, I did not have breakfast but looked pretty applauding The exterior of the building in poor shape- I should have spent another $50 per night and would have stayed in the other hotel down the street - but not the Hojo( Howard Johnson’s ) across the street which I understand is owned by the same ownership so I’m assuming another dump The hotel is capital starved and a extremely poor representative of the brand and Red Lion Corporation even though independent and owner operator- it is evident that they are milking the property dry and charging pretty decent rates for a sub par motel - Staff were friendly but not well trained or professional No uniforms and looked like everyone does everything- no sign of a manager

  The rest of the property is beautiful. However, DO NOT recommend staying in the Bayside property

  The carpet was disgusting. Our feet turned black from walking on it and it smelled terrible! I layed my sweatshirt on the floor and couldn’t wear it the rest of the time because it smelled so bad. There is no central area where the employees are working, so you can’t get room service or coffee refills unless you see a housekeeper. The coffee was disgusting by the way. On the last night our room flooded.
