Our bathroom sink was draining very slowly. The next morning maintenance quickly jresolved the issue and we had no problems with the sink after that. The “Kick Back” hour every evening was very nice plus a meal offered each night also! Breakfast each morning was also enjoyable. Hotel management would stop by each table in the dinning area asking if our meal was satisfactory and would even clear our plates, cups etc. when we were finished eating! Remarkable service and friendliness!!

The character of the hotel was great. Location was great. Staff was amazing, very helpful. Parking is across the street. Huge plus. Was able to park my vehicle and walk or Uber everywhere.

Parking was not included in the cost, there were not many options for breakfast, the extra cost of breakfast for my children, the repairs they were having inside the hotel, the water in the shower did not run properly, there were not enough towels, there was no a hair dryer, extra payments for everything, I didn't like that.

I thought the rate wasn’t too high for the quality of the room. The first room had two spiders so we ask to move. Which we did move to another room. There were four adults and only two coffee packets. To top it off there wasn’t a coffee pot. lol. The baseboards were covered in the room and the elevate. The whole place needs TLC

the staff was rude. they made constant false accusations. they were insensitive to all of our requests. they told us that we werent good enought to stay there. they went in our room unnanounced and left a dog bowl with water in our room indicating that we were animals. i will b telling as many people possible about my horrible stay. i am a purple hearrt veteran and i didnt deserve any of this treatment....
