Complete dump that was grossly over priced. I you want to pay to be treated like a piece of garbage book a stay otherwise I would stir clear of this dump. Motel 6 would have been a considerable step up. There was NOT ONE thing good about this place!

Upon check in the offce/ desk manager was rude and abnoxious. Two days prior to my arrival, I paid for the room in its entirity. The night manager tried to get me to sign an agreement to pay an additional $121 for the night. I refused to sign due to my receipt reflecting I had already paid in full. Then she rudely told me they must have a credit card to place a hold for $50 for supposed incendentals. Ok, that was fine and I completely understood. The next morning I was alerted by my bank that they had made a charge for $100 and were trying to add an additional charge for $121. I spoke with the front desk and demanded an immediate refund. I also let her know how completely rude their night manager was and she did not seemed suprised. The facility was delapitated and under severe need of repairs. In addition to trash and food on the floor of the elevator that was never cleaned in the 24 hours we were there, carpeting in the room was pulled from the wall, water damage and mold in the bathroom, we even pulled a wire from the vent that belonged to a small camera. Complete dump that was grossly over priced. If you want to pay to be treated like a piece of garbage book a stay otherwise I would stir clear of this dump. The location was easy to get to from the freeway. They had a nice grassy area to take dogs out. The room was large, had a sofa and a small kitchen with refrigerator.

A lot of people smoking marijuana inside and outside the hotel. The room was dirty - had hair on the floor, in the shower and on the desk. The breakfast didn't have yogurt selection or fruit. The shower had a lot of mold.

The breakfast was good, the front desk staff was nice. The first appearance was good. Looked like a nice newer place to stay.

Our room appeared clean but one of our children found a pill on the floor. Upon closer inspection after that we found another pill, a contact lens, an empty soda can and a penny. We had our 2 yr old with us so we were thankful he didn't find these items. They offered to move us to another room and took $4 off our stay. Gee thanks that makes up for a very dangerous situation. If we hadn't been driving all day we would have left and stayed somewhere else. Also the AC was off in our room when we checked in and it was 80*, we turned it on and it took over 12 hours to cool down to the 72* we had it set on. There was also coffee or some kind of mystery stains on the wall around the trash can also. I've worked in hospitality and know things can be missed but come on.

Dirty. Feces or blood in bathrooms, I don’t think behind the beds have ever been cleaned. Crusty blinds, old garbage from previous room. Luxurious aroma of cigarettes and weed. Not a great experience for a family with a 5 year old.
