  Full fridge, stove and microwave, with kitchen sink and generous cabinet space made our stay so easy and convenient. The dish pack offered at the front desk was perfectly sufficient. Comfy bed, excellent shower, adequate TV and wifi.

  I always wonder why I must check for locked windows when I check in. It was easy to lock these on my ground floor apartment, but I wondered why they were unlocked. Otherwise the building security was excellent. Come on, though, running out of oatmeal, and not getting more for a couple of days? Either you have free breakfast or you don't.

  It was quiet, clean, I loved the ambiance, the waterfall, decor. It rained throughout the night the sounds of the rain concrete tile was so tranquilizing.

  I felt the room was a tad overpriced due to the neighborhood. However I believe it’s possibly because of the demand for hotels due to the storms/hurricanes and FEMA….

  It was clean and the staff was nice. I also love how much space was in the room.

  I did not like that for breakfast there was only oatmeal, breakfast croissants, and bacon and waffles. I also did not like how it was extremely hot in the pool room nor was the air blowing cool in the fitness room.

  They said that it was breakfast and it was nothing but waffles and toast and cereal and coffee and they used to have a full breakfast but not anymore and they charging us like it’s a big breakfast and we had our kids the first day we went to eat breakfast the waffle mix wasn’t any good they need to work on that. If y’all bring back the breakfast then it’s worth the money but I think they should refund us some of the money because they didn’t have breakfast.

  There is only 1 black female who works the desk that has no idea what meaningful customer service is. She seems to be always in a state of aggravation at the least of any customer ? or inquiry made to her. I tried to avoid her mean spirit.
