You can tell that the staff were trying their best. Overall, the staff was the really the only good thing, and they deserve a better place to work. They were clearly trying to keep the place clean, and I appreciate that, and the lady at the front desk made sure I was in a room on the quieter side of the hotel, which ended up being a bonus since there was a huge thunderstorm (by my Pacific Northwest standard) that was visible on that side only.

The kitchenette was lacking the basics to make it usable, One broken knife, no flatware or other cookware. I’d had needed to buy everything to use it. So a money-saving amenity would have resulted in a net loss. Cracked chair-railing outside the elevator, the vending machines were broken, no coffee or anywhere else to get breakfast, and couldn’t make it due to the lack of kitchenware. Also I was very uncomfortable with someone, who I gather is a long-term guest, running through the hallway naked and pounding on doors. Unfortunately, these things put me off enough that I won’t stay here again, even if I was offered a free stay. I’ll pay more to stay anywhere else in town.

Starting from the entrance. The clerk was very welcoming. It smells good and looks very clean.

As you enter the halls, that smell of good goes away. The room 223. Did not have a fresh smell. maybe the carpet needs cleaning or replaced, you can tell the dont move around furniture when vacuuming. the worst part is that the main smoke alarm had so much dust. Let's me know they never high dust. The bathroom tub needs to be resurfaced. Sink had hair in it. The complimentary shampoo was pressed in and not replaced and had hair on it. The ac unit needs to be repaired or replaced and made a lot of noise, so we could not use it. The breakfast was ok. The staff member cleans as people leave and restock the food as needed. The price was fair. But you get what you pay for.

Unfriendly staff. No amenities (no soap, no ice). Was told they offer what they have to...2 plastic cups and they didn't really have to do that. For soap they left a small bottle of shampoo by the sink. We left a day early and the refused to refund the additional night.

Everything. Filthy place. Room was dirty, walls and door looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Bad smell. Pool looks like a pond with a bag floating in it when I looked. Drug addicts and government assisted living there. Breakfast was not worth it either to say the least. Overall I was disgusted and would never recommend to anyone
