The best was our host... Great information to local restaurants within reasonable walk. A couple of great pizza places as well as a nice ice cream parlor. Very nice neighborhood, quiet. Local bus (#62) every 30mins to Frankfurt terminal was especially nice. I chose not to include the breakfast, but it looked like a nice layout.”

  Everything honestly , pool was amazing and having double red flags on beach we could still see the beach and enjoy the beach atmosphere from the resort pool. Everyone was very friendly and helpful . Valet was amazing and they are hard workers and still did great about making sure your car was brought in very fast manner. The property is very well maintained and was very kid friendly which was great . I didn’t get to partake in the complimentary drinks pool side but it was a great bonus to the stay. Breakfast was hot and actually was good. Overall would stay here again & honestly For the price it was well worth it … very satisfied

  We loved the location and the view from the room. Very walkable to everything so we didn't have to pay for parking. Our main goal was to visit the Incline as many days as possible and the 1 mile walk was very pleasant and doable. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Our room looked exactly like the pictures.

  The air conditioner worked well, but was up high on the wall which made it a little difficult to adjust. We were unaware of the cleaning schedule, but when we asked for refills on things or replacement towels, help with the trash etc. they were very accommodating.

  When we arrived after a long drive at 11 PM, we requested a downstairs room. We were charged for an extra bed as the only rooms available downstairs had two double beds. When I asked about extending the checkout time because I had a meeting in the morning, I was asked to pay extra. The price difference between this hotel and chains such as comfort suites is about 30-40 dollars, and "the nickel and diming" over small changes does not happen as much in those places. Plus, it is a dive, with a bar late into the night, fights going on outside... not too restful, and the quality of the rooms is really on the bare minimum side... I will not be booking this place again.

  room was small, area was kind of "sketchy" and didn't feel very safe, no parking left in parking lot by the time we arrived (so had to park on the street overnight), couldn't find elevator for 2nd floor access (maybe there wasn't one), can't speak about the staff because we had late check in and early check out
