The desk clerk, Nag, was very hospitable, very inviting. Next morning it was raining and he made coffee before the breakfast hours! Nice to have a great and easy check-in 😀

A disturbing public health incident happened and even though they acted promptly (in their interest), the lack of communication and invasion of our privacy was beyond repairable to our values. We voiced our concerns through several means of communication, there was no apology, no discount, no response of any kind. It didn't matter to them that we missed appointments, and an entire morning was wasted to be able to contain the situation. That was a first for me when a service provider was so disconnected to ignore their customer's well-being in such an ignorant way. This could have been a shout-out, but they chose to get a bad review.
