  What I didnt like was Given a completely different room.from the poolside I paid for On Expedia. Then when I addressed it, was made to feel as if I was a Liar! When a Supervisor stepped in and fixed the issue despite looking at my screenshot of proof! To then being placed in a room that was definitely Clean and convienient as far as parking lot to room to pool! Though the supervisor did let me know the one door of my room was acting up that walked out to the pool! okay fine! I settled for that witj my need for a relaxing evening I can just prop the door! However, tje working door had me stuck in my room multiple times because it was jammed. Yes being a smoker I ho outside quite a few times. Or the fact that the room phone didnt work to even call the front desk. Then to have another gentleman approach me when I was going to the pool that I need a wristbnd that I had to go bck to the desk to get them. Which is not right next to the pool and I ws already to get in tje pool. im not walking all over wiyh my swimsuit on because someone forgot to do their job! Despite the minor ignorances I dealt with I believe a team ettiquette for the hotel business towards customers should be done! Because even as I was fond og this locations I was trying to find out if I could have a gathering there for my moving away because the hotel is quite Charming! I was being told I wasnt allowed even if I bought 6 rooms with 4 bands to a room! That I wasnt allowed because this individual wasnt comprehending what I was saying and appeared to be irritated when I said But I can because ill be paying for 6 rooms that will.allow 4ppl to each room to have a wristband! Since wristbands cant be bought for pool and arcade access in general.

  The room was not that clean. There was a plastic cup under one of the beds. There was a month old hard half eaten hash brown under the air conditioner which would have been easily visible to the naked eye from across the room. 😳
