The hotel location is ideal. Beachfront on the boardwalk and within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Every room has a balcony. Perfectly clean with the bedroom separate from the main room. Full kitchenette with dishes for 4, utensils, dish soap, towel and rag. It has an outdoor pool and free parking space. It also requires your room key to activate the elevator and entry door from the beach. I love that added touch of security. It means no random person can just walk in from the beach/street. The only place I’ll stay

The only negative thing is it has one small elevator that is shared by 8 floors. So in busy times you will be left waiting.

The room was kind of small. There's not enough outlets. It was a little pricey for the location and quality of the hotel in rooms. Apparently, there's no front desk person twenty four hours a day. You don't serve continental breakfast until seven thirty, many people are gone by 7. It was just a so so experience all the way around.

Plumbing needs to be addressed: The tub filled with water during my shower and I take ~5 minute showers. No attempt was made to clean my room during my stay. No fresh linen or towels (which really isn't a major issue), but not even emptying the wastebaskets while I was there was kind of sad. Also almost ran out of TP, and there was one single serving of coffee in the room when I arrived on Thursday, and I used that Friday morning. No more coffee for me the whole stay... The cleaning staff at every other establishment I've ever stayed with will address the waste baskets, make sure there is always a spare roll of TP in the room, and leave at least 1 serving of coffee every day.
