Very generous breakfast. Gym available. Importantly for long-term travelers, laundromat available. Rooms very clean. Good a/c and water pressure in the shower. Good attention to detail. This is a place that caters to its customers, not one that cuts corners for its own benefit

The only concern we had was the presence of panhandlers in the parking lot, who approached us as we checked in. Thru hung around the parking lot all night. But nobody was belligerent and nobody broke into our car.

The trains! They give you earplugs for a reason, use them. I couldn't figure out why the trains had to sound their horn so much. Then when we left the next day, we drove down the next block and realized the tracks were actually in the middle of the street.

97 dollars for poor accommodations is too much. Outdated is okay for me as long as everything is clean and functional. There were spiderwebs on the ceiling, the TV did not work and bugs in the morning. The door had two locks which was a great thing since it did not close properly, you could see underneath it... Bed looked clean.
