The unit was very clean and well stocked. We loved the location and view. The pool was well maintained and refreshing.

Bathroom was dated and difficult for my handicapped husband (low toilet, bath tub rather than shower). Frankly it was slippery for even an agile person. It could really use a grab bar. Also TV did not get basic cable for news.

The place is a wreck. There are holes in the walls, mold in the bathroom, and both the sink and bathtub faucets were leaking. The staff have no clue what the word hospitality means and get upset with you when you voice your unwillingness to put up with it. One of the staff got very aggressive and put his hands on me. I’ve filed a complaint with the local police and called my lawyer.

I made a booking through booking.com for May 18-19 by mistake. It was supposed to be for the 25-26. I spoke with booking.com who called this property and spoke with the mgr and got approval for the date change as long as we agreed to the price difference- which we did. All was confirmed. We arrived to the property and not only was the guy at the counter rude and hateful but they said they had no reservation for us and they were sold out. The other gentleman-African American young man- was sympathetic and advised we need to contact the mgr so we could be refunded- he confirmed we were due a refund and gave us the mgrs card to contact him. I’ve since sent 5 emails to the mgr and just got response today denying my refund saying I was a no show. I was NOT! Additionally while I was there I witnessed the rude desk clerk yell at a teenager for asking for clean bedding… the mom then came in and he denied doing so to which I corrected and the other desk clerk kindly apologized to the mom and gave her new bedding. There was next to zero professionalism throughout this entire experience- I highly recommend one take advantage of one of the other hotel options in the area. You can’t get any worse .
