The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The lady Christy at the front desk was great. She made sure all of our problems were handled and seem to work 24/7. We enjoyed the conversation and even though she was there a lot she never seemed too tired to talk. The location was good for what I was there for. I was able to get hot coffee that morning. Was able to cancel one of our reservations because we made two.

The Indian lady was rude when I asked for towels, she seemed too bothered by making demands to the housekeeper to talk to me. The front desk person came in to help but he was too busy going outside and smelled like a night of long partying. The room was old, used, smelled and the floor was sticky even though it was carpet. The water didn't get hot in the morning and the breakfast looked like it was leftover from last week. The biscuits were hard as rocks, the juice was too thick and they look like they only had a few items to put in the cooler. We wanted yogurt but there were only one of each and gallon milk which was out of date. The girl refilled the cereal with an off brand even hough they promote Kellogg. We went to the bathroom downstairs and looked in the kitchen and lost our appetite, we went to the Waffle House next door. I'm surprised nobody has gotten sick.

This was a perfect location for my purposes. 5 miles from the hotel my convention was held at half the cost. This was my first experience with an Arb&n but it will not be my last.

The bedroom window did not open. I also could not lower the bedroom blind, - but the curtains did supply privacy.

The hotel was right on the path our road trip took, so it was very convenient. There were no amenities at the hotel (as expected), but the Taco Truck(s) across the street were amazing!

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast had several choices and was good. Rooms were nice size and location was very helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice bonuses during our stay.

Pillows were small (common hotel issue). The food/drinks available at the counter were pretty expensive ($14 for 2 16oz and 2 candy cars).

Location is perfect, easy access to all areas and venues we needed to be. Staff tried to be friendly, but we ended up feeling unwelcomed. Price was right, but lesson learned.

Current ownership is either inexperienced or uncaring about the cleanliness and upkeep of this property. Poor housekeeping inside and outside. "Non-smoking" room smelled like an ashtray, dog droppings within feet of the door along with a fly infested trash can and rodent trap right next to the door. Having stayed here several times years ago, we were disappointed to see the decline here.

Vehicle parking $9 per night and our Vehicle got broken into. Staff expressed concern...wink wink. Police no help and seemed to know who the perpetrator was but no help. Parking lot " security" useless. Manager never supplied security video because camera not positioned correctly and blocked by trees. NOT THE FIRST BREAKIN AT THIS PROPERTY!. Managed comped us one nights stay which did not begin to cover the $4-5 THOUSAND loss.
