  It was clean. The lobby to the room is really decent. But when it's advertise free breakfast when actually it's a grab n go. It puts a 'oh no' to your excitement. Also, pool hours are 11am to 7pm? You finally get your room, and it's 4 pm. You unload, and now it's 5ish. Debating to eat now or later . You decide later and now it's 5:45. You only have an hour and 15 minutes before it closes. And it's still warm out with the sun still shinning. You can't go in the pool the next day because it opens at 11 am the same time as check out? How convenient.

  I loved the location it’s right by the beach and downtown part of Long Beach. The rooms were nice and clean very nice for the price.

  We got an ocean view room and couldn’t see the ocean all we saw were bushes and trees. But other than that no other complaints.

  The location was great! Had plenty of parking! They had 2 pools! Was able to check in early!

  The room was very small and sparse! The lighting was terrible! The bed was the worst hotel bed we have ever slept on! The water pressure was horrible! The toilet barely flushed! We believe it was over priced especially after we seen the room and slept on the bed!

  Nothing in the room worked correctly the lights kept going off and on, Jacuzzi in the bathroom was dirty and didn't work and they are refusing to return my $155 deposit I put down when I checked in!!!! I wouldn't recommend that hotel to my worst enemy!!!
