The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Very clean, modern, newly renovated rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Excellent location with easy access to all Jim Thorp has to offer (dining, shops, opera house, outdoor activities).

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was a very convenient location. I liked the separate cabins. It really cut down on hearing other guests. Very friendly staff!

The only downside was the small bathroom but not a deal breaker. For extended stays a microwave would be nice.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooftop pool was clean, cute, and had a great view of the city with nice food/drink options.

The valley was a little pricey, around $60 per day of stay but my car was safe and did not have to worry about the whole stay. The valley staff were very friendly and accommodating.

room- no aircondition location of the room - above restaurant and extremely noisy until late night

the books about witchcrafts on the bookshelf at the room, the poster about sexually disturbing images, the noise from outside coffee shot just below the room.

The lodge was very nice and so are the staff. The setting by the creek is really pretty.

The bunk rooms were not at all comfortable or well setup. The bedding was very thin and there was only one very small pillow. The common space had uncomfortable chairs and could use a couch. There was only one tiny mini fridge for guests in three bunk rooms to share so got full. Also, coed bunk rooms are not ideal for single women travelers if stuck with other male travelers.

Beds were fairly comfortable and had hot water.

Wifi didn't work - no explanation- no info if it was being fixed. $100 deposit on credit card for future possible damages. What a joke! 2 senior ladies from the midwest are gonna trash a room? It was already pretty trashed. The bathroom was dirty, floors hadn't been swept, resident cock roaches in bathroom. Front desk gave us a can of bug spray. Desk clerk didn't seem to know where the ice machine was- finally found it outside upstairs. Suitcase rack was broken and desk clerk didn't have another. No luggage kart. Breakfast was very sparse, cold items, yogurt in frig was out of date. Coffee was good.
