They must have a safe in each room Because of that my daughter and lost our passports and my DL and 2 major credit cards And $300 -$400 in cash I was forced to take all our documents to the beach bc our room door was unlocked for the day and d finally fixed it but after the fact. 3 major issues/concerns with our stay. 1) the beds were not comfortable at all. They were not supported on the edges whatsoever and it felt as if you were falling out of them if you didnt lay in dead middle of them. First night of 2, none of us got much sleep. 2) we were told we were given a free "upgrade" for our stay. I had no idea why or what it meant, but we proceeded to room 2050 as instructed. Upon getting in there on night 1, it was very clear why we were given this room. It was sharing a wall with the high speed elevator system in the hotel. All night, 24/7, the elevators would roar right by our heads while trying to sleep. I figure becuase we booked last minute and probably recieved some kind of deal through Booking.com that they give us a room with terrible beds right by the elevator shaft. 3) parking in downtown is not good, parking valet cost us as extra 100 dollars for the weekend between the 35/night plus tipping to valet attendents. Just keep it in mind if you want to stay here, parking is not convenient and there is no free parking - but you have to pay quite a bit to not have to park and walk across the street everytime you need your car (still charge you 25/night to do that!).
