The property was clean and well kept. We were traveling with our dog. Maintenance man yelled at us and said to keep the dog off the grass. That was very rude. I didn’t appreciate his bad attitude. I’m A responsible pet owner who cleans up after my very tiny dog.

The location in Myrtle Beach near the beach and restaurants was great - this is why we chose Fin's Inn. The room was very clean and included a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Beds were very comfortable.

It is motel with no office. All communication is via text. We saw no staff so cannot comment on staff. No room services. This also made it feel less secure.

The pool/hot tub were closed for repair but that couldn’t be helped. Sink drained very slowly but they fixed. There was nothing to not like about the property. The room didn’t have an iron/ironing board so you may want to bring your steamer or travel iron.

This is the most RIDICULOS hotel listing I have ever booked. It is definitely a FRAUD! I have never been so eager to write a review. Star - Can you believe this is a five-star MOTEL? It is so typical a motel, but explains that "it is a five-star hotel to most people", while there is no star shown at their entrance or frontdesk. Noise - It is located at the side of a major road with a lot of traffic, so noisy at night Inefficiency - I arrived around 6pm, and no one was at the reception desk. I hit the ring seveal times and no one was there, until I made an international call, then the lady showed up, and it took like ten minutes to get the check-in ready, with slow motion Room - small and limited facilities, I had no desk to use my laptop. Booking.com - Customer Service from Booking says that this motel was designated as a five-star because they have fantastic skiing equipments -- while I don't ski and it is now summer. If Booking consider it as a five-star, at least Booking should mark a "five-circle" rather than "five-star", while the stars do have an internationally accepted standard. Even the DaysInn and Super8 nearby only list themselves as three stars. Hopefully no more people get deceived!
