Colorado Springs, Colorado

The staff is very nice. Answered any and all questions I might have had. The room to go eat in or grab your food and go is very clean. I had planned to only stay a couple of nights, but kept reserving it for more nights. I was doing it online for a discount. For the last 3 nights the lady at the front desk did it for me there at the desk and gave me the discount that I was getting online. It's in a great location. You have Walmart, Wendy's and many more places wishing walking distance and the freeway is right here. It's a quiet place. It's older and there is remodeling, and it's not really fancy, but I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

The room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. There were notes that advised guests that the property was being upgraded. Upon arrival, our room had an issue with AC and a TV remote that didn't work. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to change our room to remedy the problem.

Kind of a nit but we picked the location away from downtown Nashville for economy and safety. We had a car so proximity to downtown was not as important. However, there are no restaurants close by even to drive to besides the Wafflehouse across the street.

The staff was extremely polite, and the lobby and room smelled good and were super clean. The room was very well organized and had everything I needed. The breakfast was very good and well-served. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was good. I did not have the breakfast but the fact that it was offered was appreciated. It consisted of baked goods and juice from what i can remember. Room was clean and organized for the space.

Due to the compact nature of the room I wish some features, such as window shade remote and ac unit remote, where better identified. Possibly like a little laminated note or something. I had mistakenly covered the window shade remoted with my jacket and due to placement on the wall did not find anything until 5 minutes before i checked out haha.

The breakfast options were great and there was plenty for all the guests who were staying on those dates. We would have liked a few more options of healthy choices such as pork alternatives, etc.

Being able to swim with the kids would have been nice, but the pool was closed. The weather was great for swimming in Athens TX at the time

No breakfast was offered, but my wife appreciated the Werthers available in the office, and the checkin and checkout crew were very friendly. There was sufficient parking.

The place seemed quite worn and needing of updates. Also, we could hear a lot from adjacent rooms...more sound deadening materials would help.

We stayed in the tower across the street from the beach. Understanding they are making improvements but we noticed in the bathroom we didn’t have any counter space to put our stuff. Maybe in the future. We also prefer hardwood floors being at the beach but I’m sure that is in the works 🥰
