  The property was well located. I was able to walk to all the places that interested myself and my friend. The staff was very accommodating, and helpful. The room was very clean, and had plenty of outlets for all of our appliances. The water in the shower was plenty hot with no waiting for it to warm up. The room had a nice refrigerator and microwave. I am not much of a coffee drinker but the staff asked me if I had enough coffee for the coffee maker, so if you are a coffee drinker you will enjoy that. The TV had a very nice picture and plenty of channel choices including premium channels.

  As it was an older hotel the rooms were small, but that is to be expected of an older unit. Nevertheless, it was quite quaint and clean. The parking lot was also small but this is a smaller hotel.

  Great location, right off the highway is nice! Very cute room, bed and pillow were SO comfy. Cute little path way in the back to walk around in or if you have a pet it’s a good potty place. Pool was nice and there’s even a workout room. Didn’t get a chance to check out the bar or breakfast but looked really good!

  My only qualm was that our room needed more towel hooks. Two was not enough to hold a hand towel, two shower towels, swimsuits and my toiletry bag and the shower rod was too tall to hang anything off of. Also the shower had no shelves so not sure how you’re supposed to shave or bring anything into the shower with you.

  Loved the location, it was close enough to plenty of great restaurants in and around the area. Also had easy access to the Strip & monorail through the MGM Grand.

  Didn't like that we had to report a blocked toilet 3 times. There were lights above the kitchen area that didn't work, also no plug for the sink.

  Hospitality was extremely bad. I’ve had bad experiences before but this experience was really not that I had expected. The hotel staff was clueless about basic requests made and after a point I realized, they didn’t wana cater to it. How is it that asking for basic hotel amenities out of scope?

  Our room was the king suite. The air conditioning did not cover the master bedroom, making it very hot during the day. At night it was slightly better. The light from the security overhead outside was very bright in the bedroom, and the ceilings in the entire unit were awkward. You have to walk sideways. In addition, I hit my head three times on the ceilings. Unfortunately, the corporate office did not respond to calls or messages.
