Nicely surprised by the birthday cupcake candle at the breakfast and flower decorated bed when returned to hotel in the evening. The staff found out my birthday during check in ( photocopy passport required at check in). They even kindly allowed us to borrow a couple of towels to go to waterfalls after check out while keeping our suitcases. It is much appreciated for our nice stay!!!”

  I really liked how close to the beach it was. Our patio was huge and the whole family could eat breakfast out there if we wanted to. We played family game night throughout the week and had room to do so. The condo room itself was very home-like! Had a couple questions during our stay also, and Geana and Mike were so quick and available to answer them.

  This wasn’t specifically anybody’s fault, but the smoke detectors were in the process of dying during our stay. Sea Oats had put fliers up telling everyone that there would be people coming in to change the batteries and look at them on Thursday June 6. With a late notice, they had cancelled(that’s what the office had told me when I asked), so we had to listen to all of the detectors in the condo beeping all at once and it was getting a little annoying. Didn’t ruin our stay, by all means though.

  Right in the door, you are hit with this amazing clean smell and the front desk clerk , Alec was very friendly and helpful. I even received a text after settling into my room, checking to make sure everything met my expectations 🙃 🙂 I definitely will be staying there when I am in the area again!

  Room was clean, cozy and quiet and well stocked. Patio facing marsh and marina was just right with an amazing sunset view and a lovely salty breeze coming in off the water.

  People with dogs who bark at everything or bark non-stop due to separation anxiety and being left in the room with no human. Also, the property is next to a boat ramp which draws visitors after sundown and some of those visitors enjoy turning on spotlights and playing loud music … as if they were tailgating.
