It was one of the best places we stayed during our road trip. A great location near the Sequoia National Park, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful view of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Multiple amenities, including Wifi, TV, and a kitchen, make it a very comfortable place to stay, too. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying there if you are tired of standard hotels.

The hallways leading up to the room were dirty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for days. We walked into the room and there was a piece of paper or trash on the floor near the bed like it needed to be vacuumed also. There were what looked like dog hairs or short hair underneath the pillow in the bed. There were curly hairs and eyelashes on the edge of the tub where you step over to get in. The toilet was stained with something that looked like spatter drops, small but visible and off putting. The conditioner bottle nearly squirted me in the eye (😂😫) and wasn’t even conditioner, it was either shampoo or body wash (it foamed up). The shuttle bus driver was fine when we arrived at like 1am (due to a delayed plane) but the ride back to the airport the driver was literally driving with one hand and practically yelling to someone on a cell phone he was holding to his ear while driving. We only stayed for like 7 hours due to the flight delay and just needed a place to sleep before another 6 hr flight, so that was pretty much the only goal so we made due, but definitely won’t be staying again.

The manager is very rude. There were bed bugs in my bed and she refused to change my room or issue an redund. She offred to give me new sheets and 10 mins later there were more bed bugs crawling in the bed. Discussing
