Local bus (#62) every 30mins to Frankfurt terminal was especially nice. I chose not to include the breakfast, but it looked like a nice layout.”

  The shampoo/conditioner were amazing and good quality. It was nice they had grooming kits (facial pads/q-tips) in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shout out to Jeff at the front desk for taking time to give us a good run down of the area; he was very friendly! There was construction around the hotel, but we did not hear any of it inside the hotel. Walkable to Larimer Square, Union Station, "bar row". I felt safe knowing you needed a room card to access the elevators. Jeff really made our stay, had it not been for his service recovery my review would not be this positive.

  Valet team was not helpful! Our truck was too tall for the onsite parking and we felt rushed to leave there without much help on options in the area. Did not make the start to our stay feel very welcoming! First front desk girl rushed us through the check in process, made us feel like we were a bother to her (which was disappointing for the amount of money we paid to stay there!) 2 strikes right off the bat (valet and check in). We were not able to get the a/c regulated. We realized the vents were closed in the room, but unable to get the room to fully cool down. Valet is $65/night; on a positive note, the taller off-site parking garage we found (1200 17th St-2 openings with different height clearances) $8/night for weekends.

  Great location, right near some hiking trails! The cabins/lodges are big, comfortable and pet friendly. We had two A/C that worked like a charm during hot days. Also enjoyed our own kitchen and kitchen amenities as we could bring take out and eat our own food in the cabin. The bed is big and comfortable, the shower is big with a very nice water pressure.

  Upon checking in, we didn’t have any toilet paper or paper towels and the klinex box was empty. Other guests from nearby cabins were very noisy up until midnight, with screaming children, loud music, loud car/side by side roaring and seemed to be coming onto our deck which made it very uncomfortable and hard to sleep. In the morning, we found drink cans on our deck and laying on the ground nearby. This is not the property’s fault per say, but be aware that it’s not very sound proof and depending on neighbours, will be hard to relax in the evening.
