Staff was exceptionally friendly. They went above and beyond in every way. I felt safe and comfortable there. Feedback to management was well-received and immediately implemented. The staff is truly caring of their guests. The breakfast was surprisingly fantastic, with an omelette station, freshly baked pastries brought in from a local bakery, and a variety of foods akin to a 5 star hotel. The shower pressure was great, as was the water heat level. The suites were huge, resembling entire apartments! There was a kitchen, fridge, microwave, dining room, living room, as well as the bedroom suite. The full-length mirror was everything!!! Getting into and out of NYC is extremely easy, with the bus station right outside the hotel. Staff even put up large signs helping guests be bus savvy instead of travelers using Uber. They truly thought of everything!

Rooms, especially bathroom floors, could be cleaner. Toilets were somewhat difficult to flush. Guest noise levels in common areas could be more actively reduced.

Great location, perfect place to explore downtown Portland from. The room was clean and comfortable, and of a nice size, with a view overlooking Director Park. The hotel had a nice old-time elegant feel to it, which we really connect with, and when we come back we definitely will stay here again.

Perfect location. Right on the beach. The condo was larger than expected and had everything we needed. The property staff was very quick to reply if we had questions. Looking forward to another stay.

Nice location. Layout of home is good for families. Great outdoor deck. Comfortable beds.

Driveway is a hazard. Not only is it steep but the culverts are packed with fallen leaves so the rain finds a path down the gravel driveway. Deep ruts in the gravel driveway. Driveway definitely needs attention. Dispose of the moldy rug on the deck.

Checked in on Sunday no hot water till Tuesday pm, pool area was not cleaned regularly, no towels available, checked out a day early and came home. Called front desk, very rude, upon checking out, I was never asked why I was leaving early. Very few luggage carts, housekeeping was requested in person at front desk multiple times, no show, was sent email from hotel for added services and tips for housekeeping. Hotel was dated, I believe this hotel downgraded my room because I booked through my booking app.

Upon check in the shift supervisor charged me 2 times more than he should’ve. He then lied and said he couldn’t see what I could see in my banking application and I would have to wait until a member of management was there to assist. I later found out that he was the shift manager by someone who worked under him and was able to see the charges. The gaslighting, not taking responsibility, lying and tying my funds was enough to ruin my travel which is unfortunate because I travel there to work monthly.

The hallways were so dirty. A lot of crumbs in everywhere. As soon I get in my room my towel from my bathroom had a long black hair hanging in there.
