The location & scenery was great! The outdoor seating areas were a bonus. The pups appreciated the grassy areas & I appreciated the bags & trash receptacle. The continental breakfast was delicious & visually appealing.

The staff was generally overwhelmed as information was difficult to obtain at times. Our stay was for two nights and breakfast was good the first morning but non existent the second, although the left over doughnuts and muffins from the day before were available. There was no silverware, the eggs, bacon and hash browns were probably cooked but ice cold as the warming tray was not working. As breakfast was included in the price we expected more.

Well equipped with kitchen and amenities, but unfortunately many things were in disrepair.

This was not a budget hotel, it was close to $200 for a single night! So many things were broken and the condition was generally beat up and run down. Management doesn't care enough to even respond to requests, problems and complaints. 1) Lights didn't work in main room. 2) Shower head broken, horrible spray stream. 3) No soap in shower. Soap bulk dispenser broken off and completely missing. Staff couldn't provide soap, even when asked twice. They said none was available. 4) Appliances not working in kitchen. 5) Dark in the bathroom, insufficient lights. 6) Shampoo was provided from a bulk dispenser: very caustic, not fit for human use! Harsh chemicals, could have actually been laundry detergent? No conditioner provided, none available. 7) Toilet seat loose and crooked. 8) TV in bedroom facing off, wouldn't adjust. 9) Lotion dispenser didn't work, no lotion. 10) Floors/carpets dirty. 11) Furniture and facility generally beat up, run down. Ghetto! 12) No response from management regarding problems! Staff couldn't help. 13) Pricing exorbitant for this awful place! 14) I requested a partial refund. Hotel staff told me management gave them no authority to compensate guests. I was told they would get back with me, but it never happened.

My bed was cool. I like the privacy of my pod. I like how quiet it was.

There were no towels available on my last day there. I came back later that night for a towel and the staff wasn't there until the last hour the front desk was open, around 8:30-9pm ish. I had to bother the kitchen staff to get a towel. I finally took a shower around 10pm.

My room was very warm set temp to 65 degrees didn’t seem to change spoke with hotel staff twice about issue nothing was resolve I just dealt with issue until time to leave also I didn’t like the open shower when washing off I had to place towel on the floor to not get it wet or slipping when stepping out shower
