  This is the best stay I have had in USA in that price range. Everything was as good as it could be.The reception staff were wonderfully helpful and professional. Other 'higher star' and higher priced hotels should send their staff here to learn. Excellent value in in every way and superior in quality and execution to far more expensive places. This place does not throw in inferior appliances to a room in order to gain stars and price.. instead it executes everything perfectly with a smile...

  The food was good at the free breakfast. They had scrambled eggs but no meat offerings during the 2 days we stayed. Plenty of juice options and yogurts and cereals. The location is in a business district area. You either had a view of the front parking lot or the pool area which backs up to a motel/apartment complex where huge heavy work trucks are parked. You really could not hear the large trucks from inside the room, but not much of a view at all.

  My husband and I stayed for 2 days and they only stocked the bathroom with enough bath linens/towels for 1 day. They do not offer room cleaning except for every other day. I did have to request new bath set for the next day which they delivered while we were gone for the day. We pay enough $ not to have to reuse dirty towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

  Everything was outstanding. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. My wife even mentioned that it had a clean smell when you walked in the door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The free breakfast was very good. Will definitely look at staying here on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

  The staff was available when needed. The morning/breakfast staff was amazing and very kind. I believe Ms Angela was her name she was so kind with our family. Thank you so much for being so sweet and in helping mmus not feel like kids that were in trouble with the spill we had.

  There was a lingering smell.if Marijuana in the bathroom. It was really strong and made us sick. When we told the staff they gave us an airfreshner spray.

  The whole resort was lovely . We were there for a family wedding so we did not take advantage of too many of the facilities that were available, but we intend to come back to have the full resort experience.
