Brand new location and there are still a lot of bugs to work out. The apt was clean and lovely and the hosts were very communicative - almost too communicative as I was getting info from multiple text strings, emails and an app. They also required me to register with their property management company and complete a background check, which seems a bit excessive for what was basically a BnB rental. Access to the apt itself was simple, but access to the building was spotty. I was locked out for quite a while late one night and had to wait for a resident to take pity on me and let me in.

The apartment was not well stocked; essentials like toilet tissue and paper towels ran out 2 days into my 5 day stay and expected items like coffee, a hair dryer and more than 1 pillow for a queen size bed were not provided. There were also issues with plumbing and electric in the unit.

This hotel is fine. I didn't expect much and that's about it. This is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for." The location was close to the Parx Racetrack, which was the reason for our visit. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was a good perk. It was perfectly acceptable - plenty of variety and the coffee was good.

The entire place is tired. New carpeting throughout would go a long way of improving the overall feel. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it's a no smoking facility, and there are signs throughout. So that was definitely a bummer.

The room is very spacious. The host at the front desk was helpful and made checking in very easy. There is a large field behind the hotel to take a walk and enjoy the view of the beautiful area. Dogs are welcome at a very low fee compared to most hotels.

The only parking available was valet parking and that was not disclosed or made readily available on the website so it was hard maneuvering to the hotel without knowing that information

No staff available on arrival and no one when we went check out. New $7 parking fee for a nearly empty parking lot. Breakfast was not up to normal Hyatt Place standards with flimsy serving plates and food equivalent to a Comfort Inn. We’re Gold Passport members and this stay was not up to par.
