It was cleaned every day by the staff. It had everything we needed to make our little meals. The place is located between Naousa and Parikia and we really liked the fact that we were away from all the noise and people. To get to places, you need a car. We visited in mid June 2024.”

  The person at the front desk was pleasant. I asked the man at the front desk if I could look before I paid and he said I needed to pay first, that I would like it. The room he gave me was on the first floor a couple of doors down from the front desk. As soon as I opened the room door the smell was worse inside. We walked through the room, back to the front desk for a refund (front desk said that he couldn't give me a refund even though I just paid) and off to find another hotel. After we drove over 6 hours to get to your hotel. What an inconvenience. We need a refund. We didn't stay at your place. The front desk recommended that I call Travelocity to get a refund. I have not heard back from them other than it was being reviewed.

  The place had a strong odor so much so my daughter couldn't bear it. I guess that is the reason the front door was propped open to let the smell out. That didn't help at all there was still a bad odor. Also room needed a makeover and maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel.

  Proximity to Universal Studios. There is a nice foot bridge that goes over the traffic which is ideal. Ms. Linda checked us in and she was delightful, so helpful and knowledgeable. She made check in very smooth. Facilities were super clean and inviting. Will definitely be staying here again.

  No laundry room for guests to wash their clothes! No indoor or outdoor pool and no restaurant in hotel!! Prices were ridiculously outrageous for the food items you offered at the customer service desk.
