The room was pretty disappointing and very old and not well maintained. The bathroom looked very old and did not maintained well. The front desk experience was not pleasant as we had to wait for very long for our turn. The front desk offered to upgrade for an added fees, and offered renovated room, but did not realize the regular ones were really pathetic. Immediately came down to upgrade within few minutes of being checked in but decided not to looking at the long waiting lines.

The room I stayed in was not very clean or impressive and everything looked old. There was no coffee machine, no microwave. The beds/mattress were not comfortable and was old. The booking said breakfast included but did not see any breakfast facilities or options and its difficult to even find any one and speak to.

Difficult to find street parking in crowded residential neighborhood; 3rd floor room but bathroom downstairs on 2d floor: passenger aircraft noise overhead from jets approaching SeaTac to south.

Room was roomy close to pool and really close to everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was wonderful.

The 2 twin beds were more like toddler beds and the mattress on the couch should have been thrown away 20 years ago. Need to supply kitchen needs: dish soap, paper towels, pot holders and kitchen towel and dish cloth.

Terribly uncomfortable bed and cheap tiny pillows, musty smelling AC unit, broken ice machine, shower was warm but no where near hot enough. Small TV. Room smelled like someone had been using a vape.

Manager had unfriendly demeanor. Other staff member seemed professional. Despite not having a non-smoking room I had booked, manager was not apologetic and merely (and repeatedly) blamed Booking.com for allocating a smoking room to me without my permission. Next morning would only give me 30 minutes extended check out (11:30 deadline)

Property confused me paid in advance and tried to get another payment out of me return the money to my account told me they where going to give me a discount and then ended up up charging me more
