  Nothing! Had the reservation over 2 months, drove 8 hours with a group of 6 adults, and we could never get ahold of the owner to let us in. Booking.com couldn’t get ahold of the owner either but instead of cancelling the booking they held us hostage on the phone for over an hour reading a pre scripted paper and telling us we had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to give the owner a chance to respond. Are you serious?!! It was after 8pm and we still had no place to stay! I will never do business with booking.com again!

  I have booked more than 50 nights in the past year with Booking.com and have had a great experience with all except vacasa!

  I would rather sleep in my car than give vacasa one more cent! I tried to cancel almost 4 weeks prior to m3 stay, when I realized it was a vacasa property. And wouldn't you know it, vacasa agreed to cancel for $485.00 for my 3 night stay. Vacasa kiss my @! Never ever will I rest my head in anything you control!
