Loved the location - right on the beach and only a short ride to downtown St Augustine. There were lots of restaurants close by. The room was fine with enough room for the two of us. The pool area was a good size and wasn't overcrowded during our brief stay. The front desk staff were fantastic on check-in. It would have been great if there was a hot tub but it wasn't a problem, and maybe think about some complimentary coffee or water in the lobby?

Dirty. Piles of visible rubbish (4) and random misplaced tools in the walkway (2). Broken microwave. Terrible check in procedure. Log into a site to fill out a rental agreement. The first line of the site says 100% of communication will come from that site. U fill out a form on that site. Then you received a text that contradicts the statement that 100% of communication will come from the site. Looks a lot like a Phish asking for very sensitive information to come fill out a rental agreement that you have already filled out. Then they don't respond so a phone call asking if the text is legit or a Phish. This would have all been resolved if they just put both docs in the first initial check in request instead of having the customer come back to sign effectively the same agreement a second time. Very stressful when they don't send you info on how to get into the place as agreed upon (they say by 4 pm and it past 5pm) and don't respond to VM until after their check in time.
