Not too far from Bryce Canyon National Park! It’s a beautiful B&B and very well kept, situated in a small quiet town. The best breakfast ever. Beautiful garden and with chairs and tables for your convenience!

A couple of things. The bathroom was very small. The floors were dirty. The TV didn’t work. When we came back to the room early Sunday morning after attending a concert our room keys didn’t work. I went to the front desk and told them our room keys for room 210 didn’t work. They reprogrammed them for me BUT didn’t verify my identity. This is troublesome because anyone could do this to gain access to any room they wished. Security failure if you ask me.

There was burn holes the stairs were not all the way connected the screws were popping out the chairs were broken the hot tub was foggy so not clean at all the table was broken outside so we couldn’t put anything on it the screens were broken and not connected to the window also when I called we waited 2 hours for someone to call us back I had to call the company number instead of the number they provided the maintenance they promised to come out never did then they tried to put us in an air b n b because they were all booked up when I asked is we could be accommodated for the issues they said no because we turned down the air b n b which we already drove 8 hours and waited 2 hours for someone to reach back and we’re exhausted we barley used the upstairs because the stairs were broken and sketchy!!!
