The living room furniture in Unit 1228 looks and smells like it should be in a dumpster. The pull out sofa had a moldy mildew look when opened up. Had I brought my dogs I wouldn’t have allowed them on it. We would not sit on it much less sleep on the pull out part. The couch is so worn and dated pieces of the pleather are falling all over the floor. Unit did not have adequate utensils etc in the kitchen. We had to buy our own knives, can opener, bowls & a couple of pots. Inside of refrigerator shelves are broken. Clothes dryer takes hours to dry one load. Unit had trash under bunk beds from previous guests. This condo could be very nice if the owners would fix the issues addressed. As far as the,grounds, they were fantastic! Prior to ordering 2 virgin strawberry daiquiris and a vodka/pineapple in pineapples, I was told the cost would be $14.00 each. After having given them to me to taste I was charged $85!!!! Unbelievable!!

Nice pool area, fully stocked vending machines, towels available. Nice rom comfortable bed, ample parking fantastic location on the beach.

Tiny coffee pot, we got moved from top floor to first floor because of a hot water issue. Bummed I didn’t get the ocean view I paid for. Instead we got a front row seat to the pool.. the patio felt like people were staring all the time. Was weird.

Drapes looked like they were ready to fall. Shower curtain mold or dirt on it. Tub dirt stained. Room could use a new one. Air conditioner vent had dirt in it. Freezer had 2 to 3 inches of ice on it. I don’t mind the well used scuffed furniture. They might have used something other than white to cover up couch. Defrost the freezer. I wanted to, but was afraid it would be considered an incidental charge on my card they ran through their machine.
