The location was perfect and right near town. It was nice to have parking right next to our room. We were very happy with the cleanliness, porch, fridge and daily staff visits. We slept very well and were able to access both Acadia and town easily. Would definitely stay again and worth the value!

Everything about this property was amazing. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, the staff was so welcoming and friendly, pool area was also very nice and safety for kids. Don’t forget about the roof bar… delicious drinks with amazing view.

Don’t exactly notice the difference between room standards… like rooms were almost the same no matter which floor. And bed size was the biggest scam I seen in years. If those beds were queen size then I am the queen myself.

Very central to everything with plenty of subway stations near it Apartment was great to be able to have more than just a bed to sit on and being able to make your own breakfast helped not having to eat out for every meal

All very good and as expected from this brand chain. Extremely comfy mattress made me want to stay in bed all day. LOVED the bathroom plug with built-in night light - SOMETHING I wish EVERY hotel would provide!

The rolling chair provided for the desk was broken and could not use it at the desk. Really needed that feature for quiet work to prep for a meeting. I called front desk but they were not able to replace it quickly enough. Had to check out early to go to library to complete meeting prep. NOT a deal-breaker, but just inconvenient. I did report it at end of my stay, in hopes they will replace it before another customer has same issue. Maybe no one had ever reported the issue; that's my hunch, anyways.
