  We arrived very late at night and the room we booked was not available. We were immediately upgraded and to our surprise got a suite! It was wonderful! We returned to our original room for the second night stay and it was great. Very nice, comfortable.

  Very safe and clean! Only one way into hotel, through front (multiple ways out) so it keeps riftfaft out, plus 2 huge dogs behind desk (workers dogs). I do t think they have to worry about a thing. It was super clean!

  The hotel was very comfortable. I used to attend anime conventions that used to be held at this location so I always wanted to stay as a guest for their hotel. Very spacious and comfortable!

  It is located by LAX so there isn't much to do around the area. I do miss the previous motif of the hotel where it felt like a tropical resort. Its more "sleek minimalism" now.

  The whole property was beautiful and had a wonderful lay out

  The parking the weekend of my stay wasn’t the best, the main lot was full and so was the first overflow so I had to park in the second overflow the last night of my stay witch was a parking lot a block over from the hotel, the second overflow lot didn’t have any signage saying it was for the hotel so it felt sketchy to park there.
