  buying. reserving this room. I really didn't have high expectations, I mean it's cheap right? How good can this place be? Well, let me tell you, as soon as I pulled in, I could tell this was a well-kept place and I was not wrong. It's very clean, comfortable bed, and in a peaceful setting, simple but that's all you need! It also overlooks a lake which is beautiful!! The breakfast was simple grab and go...yogurt, sandwiches, cereal, coffee, juice, it's enough! Thank-you! My grandson had fun on the playground and in the pool, which was also well kept. I will be coming back year after year! Thankyou so much for a nice stay. Oh, they even have a nice selection of ice cream in the reservation buding.

  The only thing I didn't like was the noise from upstairs occupants...just ask for top floor or better yet, a cabin

  The property is well located in terms of short drive to airport and nearby stores,restaurants and the largest retail mall in this part of the city. Its bright and clean facilities with quality fixtures and furnishings.

  Our room had a connecting room with extremely noisy families who played loud music and loud talking through late hours and early mornings on all 3 days. The housekeeping service was slow to respond to room service calls and needed multiple reminders for small things like body lotion (empty when we checked in) and coffee pods which were insufficient for 3 days stay. Recommend to avoid rooms with connecting room and get daily housekeeping if your stay in longer, so items are replenished.

  After initially being assigned an unacceptable room, we were re-assigned a unit that was clean with mid-depression furnishings … we could at least sleep in.

  The first room they gave was dirty, torn up in certain areas, smelled like smoke, and totally rundown with old, old furnishings. It was not clean by any standards.

  Decor and premise itself have everything needed to become a quaint 4 star urban chic get-away.

  Staff made my initial impressions plummet and was clear that even though premise and rooms have promise the staff was not up to par. One younger reception woman barely got her head up from her phone anytime I walked through the lobby, tried to hide more than greet me. All wore clothes too casual for the rest of the premise. Level of service just could be better and it felt like these people had never been to a nice hotel and experienced quality service - it was so fundamentally missing in mentality and actions.

  Front desk service was good. Very close to some stores and FedEx. And, of course, airport.

  Hotel was under remodeling and for good read. Entered room felt wet and sticky. Breakfast grab and go was ok-. Pool said open at 9:00 but not open until close to 10:00.

  The room was very out dated and the curtain for shower had stains so did the pillows . Couch was nasty and the chair was peeling. I wouldn’t stay here for a long period of time with kids it’s not suitable at this location . We were there only 1 night so we dealt with it.
