Nice two Queen bed room, Comfortable beds. AC worked well. No carpet in our room, which I like. Hotel is right on Lake. Nice lake views from Aqua restaurant, and from the pool area. Staff in onsite Aqua restaurant and at check in were all friendly. Close to some fast food restaurants and there was a Publix diagonally across the street. Initially booked one night, but ended up booking a second night the next day. Breakfast was standard hotel type and we were fine with it both days.

We stayed on the street side and there is traffic noise. If you don't like street noise, you might want to book one of the lake side rooms.

I liked the air conditioner it worked great and the refrigerator was full size which was great also.

I was advised when I checked in that because I was only there for 8 nights I wasn’t getting housekeeping and garbage pick up that I had to bring my garbage to the far corner of the back parking lot to throw away in the dumpster. The biggest issue I had though was I was advised that because I was only there for 8 nights if I used the towels in the room I had to pay to clean them. Fortunately I brought my own towels because I was going to the beach so I used my own. I placed the hotel towels on a shelf and never touched them. Never in my life have I ever been told at any hotel/motel that I had to wash my own towels that the hotel owned. I honestly will never go to an Extended Stay America again for that reason. Oh also one of the lights then both the lights in the bathroom went out, I went to the desk to let them know someone came up to my room fiddled with the light played with the circuit box and the light came on then went out again and they never came back to fix it. I had to mess with the circuit box to get one light to go back on.

Creaky and weak floor boards, excessive noise from unit above especially late night. Deceptive description, property description states two bedroom and two bathrooms; only to state much further down 1.5bath which I must confess I did not see. My filter was for 2 bathrooms and this came through because of the deceptive first line. Terribly over priced with unexpected doubling in nightly rate after the first night.
