Atlanta, Georgia
Positive section of review
The location was exactly what we wanted - a short walk to the Georgia Aquarium. On the flip side, areas near the location weren't as well kept. I've included a picture of the view from our room. A pleasant surprise was Max's Coal Oven Pizzeria just a few blocks away.

When we arrived, there was no way to get into the hotel since you needed a key. There was also no one at the main desk (who would be able to see and open the door). Finally, another hotel guest let us in. There still was no one at the desk about 10 minutes. Secondly, $55 for parking at the hotel seemed excessive given the prices for public overnight parking close by.

The pool deck and lazy river was awesome. Being able to walk to the beach right there and shopping at Ron Jon was perfect. I loved that I could bring my dog that makes it a perfect weekend beach getaway for Orlando peeps.

The rooms need pictures. The elevator was horrible and of course I ran out of doggie do bags so I went to your pet area and both pet stations had no bags either.

Quick, easy check-in, courteous staff, nice room, and good breakfast. Great location for Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, etcetera. The hotel felt safe and comfortable.

Hotel guests should be advised to dry off from the swimming pool BEFORE they get into the elevators. Every day the elevator floor was soaking wet from inconsiderate guests. Hotel signage would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the exterior lobby/ entrance area had been damaged by a vehicle collision recently so parking was a bit inconvenient. The deadbolt on our room door was broken so I was a little concerned about security. I think if hotels advertise being pet friendly, they should have specific pet potty areas and provide waste bags or some method for cleanup because unfortunately one grassy area was very yucky. There is actually a hot tub here, but it looks like it hasn’t functioned in quite a while.
