Nicely surprised by the birthday cupcake candle at the breakfast and flower decorated bed when returned to hotel in the evening. The staff found out my birthday during check in ( photocopy passport required at check in). They even kindly allowed us to borrow a couple of towels to go to waterfalls after check out while keeping our suitcases. It is much appreciated for our nice stay!!!”

  Liked the view from the room, beautiful sunsets over the waves. The sounds of the ocean were very nice also

  Dirty towels and linens, 3 day stay and they never cleaned room. TV had to be reprogrammed every time you turned it on. Night staff never came to fix TV after telling us they would and after 2 hrs of waiting I find her still at the front desk texting/playing on her personal cellphone. Called downstairs while looking at her from balcony, she let phone ring and go to voicemail. Also was supposed to be handicapped accessible room but it wasn't so my mom couldn't safely shower if she wanted to the entire stay. The balcony would of been great had it not been old and tilted down like it was going to fall off. Stepped out on it long enough to turn right around and come back in, didnt feel secure at all. If I wouldnt of booked and already paid through booking.com prior to arrival I would of went elsewhere. On top of all that we had our gas stolen out of our car while parked in a handicapped spot and all the front desk staff did was say "I'm so sorry that happened" Lastly, its been almost a week and we still haven't recieved our "deposit" back after being told at checkout we should see it returned in 2-3 days.

  A little expensive for the room - but the beds were comfy and the linens and towels were great.

  Breakfast was a little disappointing - would have loved scrambled eggs but there were only Omelettes. One type of meat was offered, sausage, but I would have liked two options. We were given a handicapped accessible room (not requested or needed, but that’s what we were given). The shower head was too low to spray our heads without having to duck down. We are tall (5’8 to 6’) and it was a bit frustrating to not be able to stand upright in the shower stream.

  Upkeep isn’t outstanding. Repairs aren’t top notch. Few added touches. Lamp wobbly in room and didn’t function to turn off at no get above sink. Not restful. Communal bathrooms not highly scrubbed. Towels mediocre.

  They were needles/pins on the floor from curtains, had to pick them up before my family stepped on them. Old hard bread was under both beds. Different foods under beds and corners of room. Bad housekeeping. Tub was dirty with ring around it

  Asked for a NON-SMOKING room, the room reeked of smoke!!! The shower and toilet was TERRIBLE! The bath bathtub drained SUPER slow and the toilet didn't flush properly - it clearly needs to be replaced!
