Beautiful and clean hotel. Fantastic location! Old port neighborhood is very walkable. We only needed the car to go to see the lighthouses. Luna, the roof top bar was very cool with awesome staff and drinks. The Salt Yard breakfast sandwich was excellent!

I am there because I’m 9months pregnant and can go any min so I needed to be closer to hospital. My first night people were so obnoxious my head was slamming off the walls as I was watching tv trying to deal with pain. I finally go to sleep and the cleaning ladies woken me up my vacuuming and slamming the doors of other rooms super early. I was absolutely appalled at how they didn’t care about who was staying in your hotel. One lady walked in my room without knocking to clean it and I was getting undressed and I had to tell her a few times to get out. Later that night between the noise again I left early and didn’t even sleep the second night. As a member this is my worst few nights that I’ve had.

I booked a corner king in advance. When I arrived I was told that room wasn’t avail so I was upgraded to what was called honeymoon ste. Got there and couch was broken down/uncomfortable and there was a conf rm table in rm. Looked nthg like what I thought I booked. That said, Im still a fan of Hilton. This was only time I’ve been dissatisfied.

There was an ambulance and police officers there when we got there. I smelled gas later on. Our first room had bugs in it, tv didnt work, one light didnt work. The second room had a dirty wash cloth in it.
