  The location is great! It's right in between Sandestin and HarborWalk. Private beach access only 3-4 min walk. Clean pool area. The host was a great communicator and the condo was well stocked with beach needs and household commodities. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Make sure you get your bands from the condo, the staff at the beach checks for them. Which we enjoyed, it ensured the beach wasn't over crowded by people not staying there. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

  The breakfast was good with a lot of variety and the location was the main dining room. The staff was very pleasant. I liked the location with a view of the lake, the outdoor seating areas and the classical musical that was piped to the outside for listening in the seated areas.

  The food at dinner was quite mediocre. My husband mentioned that his turkey entree was dry and not warm enough. He was given a dessert to compensate. My fish dish was okay but the rice was too plentiful and dry. I also did not know that our room would be in a separate, modern building and not in the main Victorian inn. This should be made very clear. We asked for an extra luggage rack which we never received. We were told that our credit card would be for incidentals and damage to the room. I noticed a chip from the bathtub enamel and called so I would not be held responsible. When I asked the staff if this damage was already recorded she said nothing.
