  Property was beautifully designed and maintained, room was spotless, tastefully decorated and super comfortable. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for all the things I wanted to do in Sedona. I have nothing else to say except that this was my first time to Sedona, I hope to return sooner than later and intend to stay at Sedona Springs Resort. I got it right the first time and see no reason to ever stay anywhere else.

  I did not like the smell in the room. The door look like someone kicked it in at one point. The furniture was very sticky to the touch. The lobby with not welcoming. The staff was questionable. I was given a hotel receipt thar stay 0 balance but did show the itemized charge were all zero. But I was not give a receipt I can use to get reimbursement from from my insurance company. I would never recommended this location to no obe to stay.
