They came in after 3:00 p.m. well I was not in my room to change my bedding. I guess. They took all the bedding. They did not take the towels or the rags. They were dirty and they never returned and make the bed or bring me back any bedding. When I went downstairs around 7:00 p.m. to get bedding and bring my dirty towels down I was cussed out told they would not take my dirty stuff and then I was threatened to have the police called on me if I didn't take the bedding and go upstairs with my dirty towels and I checked out

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the warm pool. The service was top-notch. We will definitely stay here again next year. Thank you!

I was satisfied with the hotel except for one issue. I paid in cash, and I was required to leave an additional $300 deposit. This was not mentioned anywhere in advance.

The girl to get breakfast out on Sat showed up at 8:20 (breakfast was supposed to be available at 8:30). I know for sure because we were out front, waiting. When I went in, at 8:30, to ask for hot water, to make my own tea, she seemed confused as to how to make hot water available to me. When I inquired as to when the free breakfast would be available, she stated she was just getting started on it and it would be at least 15-20 min. We ended up leaving and getting breakfast elsewhere. I may be old fashioned, but if you're supposed to have food available at 8:30, as an employee, you need to be there, working, more than 10 min beforehand. On Sunday, not sure if it was the owner I spoke to, but he was extremely apologetic for the previous day's disaster.

I chose this property because it is pet friendly. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean.

As much as anyone would like a clean hotel which I found this to be very clean, my only complaint is that the cleaning solution they use (smells like industrial strength pine sol) attacks the olfactory to the point where is too much.

The floors in the rooms were really bad.... Can tell they are not being swept on a regular basis... Water was not working for a period of time in the room and we had no notice.
