There was no breakfast. Bistro grill was down for most of my stay. Had to bring in my own food, which made for more garbage and I had to ask someone to empty my garbage because no one came to clean my room.

I would have liked someone to come in to clean my room. I stayed 7 nights and I had to ask twice to have my garbage taken out and get clean towels. no one bothered with my bed or run a vacuum over the floor.

We loved that we were only steps from the beach. There was also a cool restaurant across the street on the Bay with live music and Cornhole. The unit was comfortable and nicely decorated.

The parking garage has really tight parking spaces. We also wished the Cabana Grill had been open during our visit.

Breakfast was a hot one, with a pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, cereal, and pastries. Staff was very nice.

Getting to the hotel was an adventure because if you miss your turn, GPS will take you to the ER. The hotel is in one of the brick buildings that make up the hospital complex, and there is only one tiny road (with a tiny sign) to turn in to it. Also, know that most of the rooms were built with wheelchair accessibility in mind, so the sinks and toilet are very low. Walls were rather thin, but this was an issue I had at every other hotel so YMMV. I also didn't realize the ambulances would be very audible since it's so close to the ER.

The carpets weren't vacuumed, and the bathroom floors were not cleaned. Also, it looked as if the table was removed. If 4 people were staying in that room, we wouldn't have had a place to sit and eat.

There was an issue with the TV, because we could not figure first how to bring up the cable channels or streaming. The technician did not know it either ( he told it was a new TV( No user guide was provided.) Finally we figured out ourselves. The coffee machine was leaking, and the room attendants almost never filled up the coffee supply, as well as they left dirty glasses and ne clean glasses were provided.

We reserved this hotel due to traveling with a pet; however, when we arrived, there were no pet rooms available. The manager was able to give us a room. My daughter's room was dirty, had an artificial fingernail between the bedsheets, poop on the bathroom wastebasket and flung onto the wall, vomit on the wall near the king bed that dripped down into a large stain on the carpet, her daughters slept on the pullout couch which had stains on both sides of the mattress, the entire mattress and frame was wobbly so her daughters slept at an angle all night, the springs were hurting her older daughter. We will contact the manager Monday to ask for a significant discount for her room.

I thought it was strange to go through a gate to the back of the property and that none of the doors had keyed entries or locks. I also found it strange that the balcony door didn't lock (thank goodness it had a bar). There were no towels in the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken.
