Clean nice employees especially the night time lady. Great location. Wonderful breakfast, beds were just right! The room was huge with a table and comfy chair with foot rest!

I liked the room, I usually can't sleep good in some motels; cause beds are too hard, however bed was more comfortable.

When arrived was problems with my card, but got resolved; the young girl behind counter was rude. Underneath sink in bathroom, we had to put a container under sink to catch water, so wouldn't go leaking in floor. Both hoses were leaking; it was leaking excessively where water was going all way down to toliet. Also there was black (maybe mold on wall underneath sink,probably cause I think cause the excessive water.This was a handicap ♿️ room; I could've slipped; however I have a disability. The water from shower would come in flowing on floor in front of shower. It was a walk in shower. I believe if shower curtain was longer ,may would've been different. I went to put another trash bag in trash can; it had black stuff all in trashcan. The pool wasn't clean; I don't know if they didn't clean it regular or what. We use to go to another motel; which was better. However if I go back to Pigeon Forge; I'll probably choose a motel somewhere else.

I liked the location. The view of the mountain was nice and the people were as well. The walk down was great exercise.

The entire apartment has a humidity leak issue and was filled with full damper bags. It glfelt hot and sticky because we couldnt open any windows. There weee bugs and spiders still in the tubs and showers it looked like the place hasn't been rented out in ages because all the dishes were dirty and burned. The beds were hard and the breakers were tripped and tripped whenever we used the microwave.

I was the father of the bride for a wedding in Monterey. We had to arrive early on Saturday the 8th for a rehearsal at 11:00. I called the hotel a few days Earlier for an early check-in, due to the fact that our truck was loaded with wedding accessories, and a very Expensive wedding dress. We wanted to unload our truck before the Rehearsal so that no one would break into Our Truck and steal everything. I was told by your front desk clerk that because I booked my reservation with a third-party the cost would be $49 to check in early explain! I had booked a room for myself and wife and my son and his family the total cost of these rooms was over $1000. The fact that I would’ve had to pay $49 per room to check in early was an insult! Because of the hotels procedures and rules about early check-in, I will not be staying at your establishment ever again. Other than that, the state was pleasant. But it was very offputting from the get-go. Besides my families, two rooms, I know for a fact, there were three or four other families at your hotel the same time. I will share my frustrations with them as well, thank you

1. Very bad smell in the hallway 2. Need real curtains to isolate the traffic noises and give more privacy 3. The second toilet was broken and running water continuously
