We were in unit #8. It was very clean. The gentleman at the window was very pleasant and welcoming. Horizontal parking available directly in front of the unit. Location, location, location! Walking distance to food, gas, and many other services. Loved the neighborhood!

The best thing about this place is how clean it is compared to some places. It's very small.. Maybe about eight units from what I could see. The rooms are dated for sure but nothing to get in an uproar about. However, let me start with the female owner/manager. She was rude, unwelcoming and seemed to be fussing loudly in the parking lot after she approached me initially. I originally booked for 3 days but after my encounter with the female, I told the gentleman behind the counter to change my reservation to one night. I wasn't comfortable staying any longer after the serious lack of professionalism and customer service from the female. And I no longer wanted to give them my money. So we finally get checked in and I look over the room. There was only one washcloth in a room that sleeps and has 2 ppl staying in it. The hot water is REALLY HOT and hard to get it to a comfortable setting in the shower. The bathroom window isn't sealed and it was very very cold. You could feel the air coming in. The atrocious tin around the bottom half of the bed is extremely loud and unavoidable when it comes to kicking it. The rattle after the kick is ear numbing and lingers. There's no closet or anywhere to put bags or clothes. The heat/air unit works but it relatively LOUD (it rattles and squeals during usage) The walls are very thin and so it's definitely NOT quiet. There are quiet moments. You can hear the neighbors in their rooms. There was some construction going on during the day but not at night. This place sits off a very busy main road and YES, you can hear all the traffic. Also, after being in the room for about an hour, someone checks into the unit next to us and instead of parking in the horizontal space directly in front of her unit, she parks her pickup truck in the horizontal space directly in front of my unit completely blocking my door and sidewalk to get out of the room.

Didn't like new bed sheets did not fit the bed a pop off had to get flat sheets and cover them to even sleep refrigerators too small no microwave in the ground at the time you had to go to the lobby and they keep the door shut and locked so you can't heat up food

The amount of drugs in this facility is ridiculous. The place was so filthy and disgusting and smelled of nothing but meth, marijuana, and cigarette smoke. The carpets were stained and gross and i wouldn’t have dared even lay in a bed

The place seemed tired the door wouldn't shut properly. The security latch was installed backwards. The lights didn't come on right when I got in the room. Had to go in the dark to the bathroom for light which felt unsafe at 10:30 at night. Big hole in the flooring and was given a paper thin sheet as a blanket and the room was extremely cold.

I ordered Door Dash and they didn't allow the dasher to bring me my stuff. I had to go downstairs and get it. I had injuries that didn't allow me to carry stuff so one of the guess assisted me. I feel this should be stated upfront.
